Stock Viewer
An important component of the customer experience with the brand is the availability of the product in store.
A Petit Forestier patent allows commercial multimedia refrigerators to count the products in the refrigerated display and transfer real-time counting to trade marketers. A Petit Forestier stock viewer application displays in real time the number of products in the refrigerator, collected and stored.

The stock viewer is an excellent tool for managing the re-provisioning of products because it is possible to proactively control the stock of products in the refrigerated shelf and intervene directly with the reordering of the goods, without requiring merchandiser inspection. Thanks to the main operating sensors in refrigerators, data on the operation of refrigerated displays are sent to the Petit Forestier service that reads them in real time. Alarm systems warn service on any malfunctions, allowing operators to check the status of the refrigerator before it fails and intervene remotely. In case of sudden failure, the service is notified by the tele-assistance system and tries to intervene with the technical assistance remotely or send to the point of sale an operator to perform the intervention.
