The first edition of the Mangiarebene Berebene event ended Sunday evening with the gala dinner, held at the Old Fortress in Livorno from Friday 24 June.

The creator of the charity event, Emanuela Ferracchiato, turned to Med Food for the rental service of refrigerators, freezers, ovens, induction hobs and roners.

A relay of starred Chefs cooked directly in the Fortezza five special dishes, made by Filippo Saporito, Rocco De Santis, Mirko Martinelli, Emiliano Lombardelli and Loretta Fanella – paired with selected wines, masterfully served by the AIS and FISAR sommeliers of Livorno.
The project was conceived by Emanuela and Emiliano Penco and was also realized thanks to the sensitivity of the Chefs, who participated in the event for free precisely to support its charitable purpose.

“The idea – adds Emiliano – is precisely to make gourmet and starred cuisine accessible even to people with disabilities, because even here passes the opportunity not to feel different, to be able to choose.”
