The operation, effective from 03/15/2022, follows the will of Marilena Maioli and Vincenzo Benecchi to get to the well-deserved retirement and will allow Med Food to benefit from the solidity of the Petit Forestier Group to accelerate its development in Italy, improving more and more the ability to respond to your needs and satisfy all expectations.
Med Food will also make its experience in the production of customized refrigeration units available to Petit Forestier, in order to enrich the offer currently existing within the group.
